TELESTE CORPORATION’S FINANCIAL INFORMATION IN 2012

Teleste will publish its financial information in 2012 as follows:

Teleste Corporation's Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday,
April 3, 2012. Teleste's Board of Directors will summon the meeting at a later date.

The financial statements and interim reports will be released at around 08:30 hours local time on each date.
