TeliaSonera International Carrier launches global ethernet service Today TeliaSonera International Carrier is launching TeliaSonera L2Connect, an ethernet service for internet service providers, content providers and multinational companies. The service is launched globally. By utilizing TeliaSonera International Carriers wholly owned high- capacity MPLS backbone, TeliaSonera L2Connect enables the customer point- to-point and point-to-multipoint connectivity of unprecedented cost.
