TeliaSonera International Carrier Welcomes Ilya Bulaev as its New Sales Director for Russia and Other CIS Regions

TeliaSonera International Carrier (TSIC) announces today the onboarding of Ilya Bulaev as its new Sales Director for the Russian Region. In his new role, Mr. Bulaev’s core responsibilities include strategically steering all facets of sales development operations across the Russian and other Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) markets, as well as providing expert management, motivation, training and strategic sales support in the region.

Mr. Bulaev brings over 10 years of proven telecommunications experience to TeliaSonera International Carrier. Prior to joining TSIC, he held several sales leadership and technical roles at various telecom companies. Mr. Bulaev holds a degree in Multi-channel Telecommunication Systems from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (MTUCI).
