Incorrect reporting about discussions with Bonnier
On 18 June, a Swedish daily reported that Telia Company allegedly has signed a break-up fee with Bonnier. With regards to the article, Telia Company has the following comment:
Telia Company has previously confirmed ongoing discussions with Bonnier about a potential acquisition of Bonnier Broadcasting.
Swedish daily Svenska Dagbladet today reports that Telia Company allegedly has signed a SEK 1 billion compensation agreement, a break-up fee, with Bonnier. The reporting is incorrect, there is no such agreement.
