Juho Lipsanen, President of Business Services, leaves TeliaSonera

Juho Lipsanen, President of TeliaSoneras Business Services sales division, will leave his position after three years with the Company. Mr. Lipsanen will complete a number of projects for TeliaSonera until end of July 2008. Lars Nyberg, President and CEO will be acting Head of Business Services until further notice.

Juho Lipsanen joined TeliaSonera in 2005 as President of TeliaSonera Finland Oyj. From the beginning of 2007, he was appointed President of Business Area Integrated Enterprise Services in addition to being Country Manager of Finland. Since the beginning of this year, he has been in charge of establishing a new combined sales organization, serving all TeliaSonera’s corporate customers in Sweden and Finland.

“The past three years have been very exciting and rewarding. I strongly support the establishment of a dedicated sales organisation for B2B customers. However, TeliaSonera’s CEO Lars Nyberg and I have concluded that my skills and experience are better utilized in a different role. As such a role is not available within TeliaSonera, we have agreed that I will leave the Group. While I’m now seeking for a new personal challenge I would like to send a sincere thanks to all colleagues in TeliaSonera,” says Juho Lipsanen.
