'Telia Go' makes it even simpler to use mobile services Telia's new Swedish offer "Telia Go" offer combines the best of mobile services. With a user-friendly menu and preset mobile telephones, it will be even easier for everyone to get started and use the services. Approximately 20 services will be offered with Telia Go in the introductory phase. From the start Telia Go will be offered together with the Nokia 3650 and Sony Ericsson P800 handsets. Both phones feature a built-in camera and large colour screen. All necessary settings are already preset on the phones, making it easy for subscribers to start using services. "We want our customers to discover that mobile Internet services are available and functioning today and will not be not something that will be introduced with 3G. For example, today's phones can be used to get directions from one place to another, or to get your travel route presented on a detailed map in colour on your phone's screen. By introducing Telia Go we want to make it even simpler for our customers to start using services," says Indra Åsander, head of the Consumer Segment at TeliaSonera Sweden. Telia Go can be used to find your way to the nearest restaurant, to check listings for available housing, locate your friends, play games, take and send pictures, or read news and e-mails - right on your mobile phone. In Telia Go, users only pay for the services and amount of data they send or receive, allowing them to be online all the time, and giving them quick access to the services they want to use. Telia Go can be ordered at www.telia.se/go, through Telia's retail stores or from Telia resellers. Telia Go can also be ordered by calling Telia's Customer Service in Sweden (phone 90200), which also provides start-up assistance for Telia Go. Telia Go with the Nokia 3650 costs SEK 1,095 and SEK 4,195 with the Sony Ericsson P800.* Customers who already have a compatible mobile phone can simply upgrade their subscription to Telia Go at no cost. *With a 24-month Telia Classic subscription. The monthly charge during the 24-month obligatory subscription period is SEK 150 for Classic Talk, SEK 190 for Classic Talk 5 and SEK 140 for Classic Flat. The mobile is restricted to Telia as the operator for 12 months.
