TeliaSonera Finland in mobile-to-mobile termination agreements The three mobile network operators of Finland, TeliaSonera Finland, Radiolinja Origo Oy and Finnet Verkot Oy have achieved mutual agreements on their new mobile-to-mobile termination fees. In Finland, a mobile operator is obliged to determine its interconnection fees in such a way that they are cost-oriented and non- discriminatory. A cost-oriented price is a price that can be considered to be reasonable in view of the expenses and the efficiency. When reasonableness is assessed, a reasonable profit on capital - affected by the telecommunications operator's investments and related risks - is taken into account. As of March 1, 2004 TeliaSonera Finland (TSF) will receive 0.09 EUR per minute for each call terminated in its network (earlier 0.1278 EUR per minute). TeliaSonera Finland estimates that the new prices will have a few percentage point effect to the revenues and costs, and an approximately 5 MEUR negative effect on EBITDA per annum.
