TeliaSonera has acquired own shares to cover commitments under the “Long Term Incentive Program 2010/2013”

TeliaSonera AB has today acquired 90,000 shares to an average price of 42,7536 SEK. The number of Treasury shares held by the company is now 90,000. TeliaSonera has a total of 4,330,084,781 registered shares, including the treasury shares. The shares are intended to be distributed to the participants in the “Long Term Incentive Program 2010/2013”, by May 3, 2013, at the latest.
