Report this content

TeliaSonera hereby presents, ahead of the Interim Report January-March 2008, restated historical financial information and operational data for the financial years 2007 and 2006 for the business areas Mobility Services and Broadband Services as well as for Other operations. For restated data see www.teliasonera.com/investor_relations

On January 1, 2008, TeliaSonera combined all its business-to-business sales resources into one sales organization in order to improve service for customers and increase sales efficiency. The change means that the business area Integrated Enterprise Services was turned into a common sales division, called Business Services, for basic telecom services and managed-services solutions to business customers. As of January 1, 2008, the activities of Business Services will be reported as a part of the business areas Mobility Services and Broadband Services, and of Other operations.

Consequently, TeliaSonera’s financial reporting has been changed to reflect the new structure. The restatement of historical financial information and operational data for the financial years 2007 and 2006 will have no impact on reported Group numbers as published in the Annual Report 2007 or on the issued outlook. Historical information for business areaEurasia is also unaffected by the change.
