TeliaSonera´s associated company Telefos AB sells its holding in Eltel Networks

Telefos AB, where TeliaSonera AB owns 25.6 percent, has signed an agreement with 3i to sell its shareholding in Eltel Networks. The purchase price is confidential and the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals. TeliaSonera expects that this transaction will have a positive effect on its second or third quarter earnings.
