“Top ten” in mobile phone sales in Telia stores in August

Camera phones continue to dominate the list of best-selling mobile handsets in Telia’s retail stores in Sweden. Six out of the ten most popular mobile phone models sold in August were camera-equipped. This has been the trend during the entire summer.

Mobile phones from Nokia and SonyEricsson have taken turns at the top of Telia’s sales lists during the summer. In August, the Nokia 3120 captured first place, followed by SonyEricsson’s T290i. Two newcomers entered the top ten list in August – the Nokia 5140i and the SonyEricsson K300i. As for the other handsets on the list, there were few changes since July. Telia, with 77 retail stores, is one of Sweden’s largest resellers of mobile phones.
