“Top ten” in mobile phone sales in Telia stores in January

The Nokia 5140i captured first place in the first top ten list of 2006, while the No. 1 phone on the December list last year, the Samsung SGH-X640, slipped down to sixth place.

Two newcomers have entered the January list since December – the Sony Ericsson J300i and the Nokia 6101. Telia has opened its retail stores for the winter skiing season in Sälen and Åre, Sweden. The January top ten list is therefore based on sales statistics from 78 stores. Telia is the largest retail chain in Sweden for telecom products and one of the biggest resellers of mobile phones in the country.
