TeliaSonera has reached an agreement to sell back its indirect ownership in Nepal Satellite, a regional operator in Nepal, to Zhodar Investment. Over the past year, uncertainty regarding the regulatory and legal environment for consolidation and granting of licenses in Nepal has increased.
