Halebop launches collect call: Call even though the pre-paid card is empty Halebop, virtual operator and mobile portal, is first on the Swedish market to offer collect call to pre-paid card customers. This way a person with a Halebop Mobile pre-paid card can make calls even though there is no money left on the card. Collect call, calls paid by the receiver, has been available in the fixed line network for a long time. Now it is also offered to customers with a pre-paid card in the mobile phone. The customer dials a short number from the Halebop Mobile pre-paid card and is connected to a voice menu where he records his name.
