Clarification: Telia's carrier operations will not be floated on the stock exchange Today's edition of the Svenska Dagbladet newspaper (Sweden) states that Telia is planning to make additional changes to its organization for the purpose of floating its carrier operations on the stock exchange. This information is incorrect. No decision has been made to list these operations. No plans are being made. However, previous decisions affecting Telia's organization remain valid: plans are in progress to sell Telia's cable television business in Sweden, to divest Telia's holding in Eircom (Ireland) and to float Telia's directory business on the stock exchange.
