Telia, Schibsted and Telenor to sell their 76 percent stake in Scandinavia Online AB to Eniro AB Telia, Schibsted and Telenor have signed an agreement to sell their shares in Scandinavia Online AB to Eniro AB for SEK 11.50 per share in cash. Combined the three owners control 76 percent of the share capital in Scandinavia Online AB. The decision to sell the shares Scandinavia Online AB follows the announcements made by the same parties on November 2, where the three owners informed that they had entered into a letter of intent regarding a joint process to sell their shares. Completion of the sale, which is conditional to Eniro AB reaching acceptance for over 90 percent of the shares in Scandinavia Online AB, is expected before the end of the year.
