Telia Contracting AB sold to WFI Telia Contracting AB was today sold to Wireless Facilities, Inc. (WFI) (NASDAQ: WFII), a global leader in the design, deployment and management of wireless telecommunications systems. Telia Contracting AB is a subsidiary of Telia AB, the leading telecommunications company in Scandinavia and a provider of mobile communications and broadband/Internet services with operations in 30 countries in North America, Europe and Asia. Under the terms of the acquisition, WFI will pay approximately $7,8 million in cash. Telia Contracting AB provides a broad range of network management services including the continuous optimization, maintenance and monitoring of wireless networks elements for major telecom operators and equipment suppliers.
