Telia signs infrastructure contract with LD COM Telia International Carrier has signed a long-term contract with LD COM (Louis Dreyfus Communications) which gives LD COM the right to use pipes (ducts) in Telia´s European network between Strasbourg, France and Frankfurt, Germany. The agreement includes network monitoring and maintenance services. LD COM is a rapidly expanding pan-European facilities-based provider of broadband network infrastructure and services. LD COM has developed its business around two core elements: NetCenters and Metropolitan rings and a long-haul dense fibre optic network. "The agreement with Telia will contribute to providing our customers with an end-to-end network between Germany and France and is part of our rolling out in Europe.
