The company will be placed under Telia Networks and integrated with Telia Net in Denmark. Powercom's turnover in 2000 was 312 MSEK, and its profit after tax was 34 MSEK. "This acquisition is in line with our strategies," states Jan Johansson, head of Telia's business area Telia Networks.
