Telia to sell shares in Bharti Mobile

Telia to sell shares in Bharti Mobile Telia's partly owned subsidiary, Telia Overseas, is to sell its 26- percent stake in Bharti Mobile in India to Bharti Televentures. Telia AB will record a capital gain of approximately SEK 600 million on this divestment. The transaction will be completed during the second half of 2002.
