Telia to sell stake in Estonian cable TV company Telia has decided to sell Starman, a cable television company in Estonia. The decision is a consequence of the Estonian government's policy that telecommunications and cable television operators cannot be owned by the same company, and Telia - together with Sonera of Finland - owns 49 percent of the Estonian telecom operator Eesti Telekom.
