Change in ownership in Teligent

Member of the Board of Directors, Pekka Peltola, has today sold 50,000 shares in Teligent. The purchasers of the shares are Teligent’s Chairman of the Board, Lars-Erik Nilsson, Members of the Board of Directors, Olle Isberg and Mikael Karlsson, and Managing Director, Ulf Lindstén. Pekka Peltola is one of the founders of Teligent and this sale has, as in the case of the previous sale of 76,500 shares, taken place due to private, economic reasons. After this sale, Pekka Peltola’s shareholding in Teligent amounts to 804,751 shares, equivalent to 4.3 percent. After the transaction, Lars-Erik Nilsson’s holdings amount to 15,869 shares, Olle Isberg’s holdings to 1,473,790 shares, equivalent to 7.8 percent, Mikael Karlsson’s holdings to 1,473,790 shares, equivalent to 7.8 percent and Ulf Lindstén’s holdings amount to 229,876 shares, equivalent to 1.2 percent.
