Teligent AB (publ) takes measures to ensure liquidity in the company's shares With the aim of serving the interests of current and future shareholders, Teligent's board of directors has resolved to take two parallel measures to improve the liquidity of the company's shares, which are listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange's O List. The goal is to decrease the difference between the bid and asked price, and also to generally encourage a continuous trading in the share. Carnegie has been appointed Market Maker within the framework of the Stockholm Stock Exchange's initiative. The obligation to post bid and asked prices in the order book will commence from and beginning 17 June 2003. Trading without brokerage commission in the Teligent share will be offered via Nordnet from and beginning 17 June 2003. Current and future shareholders who wish to trade shares without brokerage commission can register on www.nordnet.se. Both of these measures will be in place until the end of the year. Later during the year the board will assess whether to extend these measures into 2004.
