Teligent won strategic deal in Asia Next Generation Messaging Solution to Singtel Teligent has been awarded a contract from SingTel, Asia's leading mobile operator. The contract is for a sizeable Next Generation Messaging Solution replacing existing legacy voice and fax mail systems. The Teligent solution will handle multiple applications and mailboxes, for all networks (fixed and mobile) cost efficiently on a single platform. Teligent's advanced messaging solution is a flexible and distributed system, built on the patented Teligent P90/E architecture that separates network signalling, service execution and presentation to end-users. The delivery from Teligent will include the Teligent Application Builder; a sophisticated graphical programming tool offering the mobile operator complete control over the development and implementation of new enhanced services and features.
