Forget the economic climate

There has always been a legal requirement to maintain the hot water in your boiler at a temperature acceptable to prevent the potential of legionella. Equally, there is a major need to ensure that the water that comes out of a tap, showerhead or other water attachment is not so hot that it causes scalding or other damage when in contact with skin.The careful balance between ‘hot enough’ and ‘not too hot’ for the purpose of compliance has been around for many years.
