Artificial Solutions announces purchase of 6.3 MSEK of Bonds
Artificial Solutions® (SSME:ASAI), the leading specialist in enterprise-strength conversational AI, announced it has purchased 6.3 MSEK of Bonds due for repayment on the 5th June, 2021 at par value in order to bridge a transfer to a new Bondholder. The purchase has been made from available cash resources. Following the transfer to the new Bondholder in return for a cash sale, which is expected to be completed in the short term, the number of Bonds will return to the current level of 52 MSEK.
