Artificial Solutions Postpones the Annual General Meeting and the Publication Of the Annual Report

The Board of Directors of Artificial Solutions AB has decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting, which was to be held on May 19, given the uncertain and accelerating developments in the wake of COVID-19.

Under the prevailing situation, the postponement will give the company and the Board a better opportunity to further evaluate the situation.

Artificial Solutions intends to hold the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, June 17, 2020. The hope is that the Annual General Meeting can then be arranged with lower risk to the health and well-being of shareholders, employees and other stakeholders.

A notice will be distributed at least four weeks before the Annual General Meeting. The Annual Report will be published via press release and on the company´s website no later than May 20, 2020.
