Teneo Streamlines User Experience with Innovative Updates

MAY 22nd, 2023 – Teneo.ai, a brand from Artificial Solutions, announced today a significant update to the Teneo user interface, offering a more streamlined and intuitive experience for all users. This update shifts key functionalities, previously available on a separate frontend, directly into the Studio and APIs.

With this change, Teneo simplifies the process of managing data by positioning relevant functions closer to where data is generated and consumed, while the Studio interface allows users to manipulate data augmenters, save results, and sync data with ease.

Additionally, Teneo's latest release includes numerous improvements driven by user feedback:

  • The ability to collapse the Flow Overview on both Desktop and Web platforms
  • Expanded view for Script and TLML fields on flow nodes on the Web
  • Teneo continues to enhance its Web offerings, introducing features such as Import/Export/Add Content and Class Manager

Backend Connectors: These allow Teneo to interface with popular platforms like Microsoft QnA Maker, Salesforce, and HubSpot, and the newly added Genesys Cloud.

Channel Connectors: Teneo can now connect with a variety of communication channels, including Amazon Alexa, Facebook Messenger, Slack, Teams, and WhatsApp.

Data Connectors: These connectors facilitate the integration of data visualization tools such as Google Charts and Microsoft Power BI.

Live Chat Integration: Teneo now supports integration with popular live chat platforms such as Genesys Cloud Chat and LiveChat Inc.
