TePe's range of oral health products for the whole family grows and becomes more sustainable as the company shifts to renewable materials. The goal is to become CO₂ neutral in terms of product and packaging in 2022.

TePe is the number one choice in many Swedish households. Currently, every third toothbrush bought in Sweden comes from TePe, and more than 8 out of 10 consumers choose TePe Interdental Brushes (Nielsen & IQVIA scanning data, latest 4w 2020 w52). Sustainable oral health products from TePe are increasingly becoming available at pharmacies and stores throughout the Nordic region. TePe’s increased presence in neighbouring countries has strengthened their position in the oral health market.

Market leader in sustainable oral care
The TePe GOOD toothbrush was launched in 2018 as a first step of the transition towards a circular production based on renewable materials, and the sustainable range is continuously developing. Today, every other sold sustainable toothbrush comes from TePe, making the TePe GOOD toothbrush Sweden's most purchased bio-toothbrush. At the same time, the TePe GOOD Mini Flosser is Sweden's fastest growing dental flosser within retail (Nielsen & IQVIA scanning data, latest 4w 2020 w52). TePe is now introducing interdental brushes from renewable materials as a next step on their sustainability journey ─ and more news await in 2021.

– We are very pleased to notice the great interest in TePe, our high-quality oral health products and our sustainability initiatives. It is positive to see that Nordic consumers prioritise innovative and environmentally friendly choices in the oral care category, says Christoffer Roos, General Manager at TePe Nordic.

TePe has taken on the challenge of achieving CO₂ neutrality in products and packaging in 2022 as part of the overarching goal to become a CO₂ neutral company. All TePe’s production takes place at the manufacturing plant in Malmö, Sweden, using 100% renewable energy. Read more about TePe's sustainability journey at www.tepe.com.
