Teracom Group finalises PlusTV deal with DNA Ltd

Friday 6 September. Today Teracom Group completed the transaction with the Finnish telecommunications company, DNA Ltd, regarding Teracom Group’s sale of the Digi TV Plus Oy, i.e. PlusTV in Finland. Closing of the deal was conditioned upon approvals from the Finnish competition authority, which now is in place.

DNA is paying a cash consideration for 100% of the shares in PlusTV. As part of the agreement with the acquiring company, the value of the transaction will remain undisclosed.
