Teracom Group to sell PlusTV in Finland

Friday 26 April Teracom Group signed an agreement with the Finnish telecom group, DNA Ltd, for the sale of Digi TV Plus Oy, i.e. PlusTV in Finland. DNA is paying a cash consideration for the whole of PlusTV. As part of the agreement with the acquiring company, the value of the transaction will remain undisclosed.The divestment is a part of the Teracom Group’s efforts to streamline its strategy around integrated pay TV and network services. “We have a business based on the integration of pay TV and network services that has proved to be successful in Sweden and Denmark.
