OP Cooperative has appointed Olli Lehtilä, CEO of Pohjola Insurance Ltd, as a member of the Shareholders' Nomination Board of Terveystalo Plc on 9 December 2019. The Shareholders' Nomination Board of Terveystalo Plc comprises the representatives of the four largest shareholders of the company and the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
