Terveystalo Plc's Board of Directors elected from among its members Katri Viippola as member of the Remuneration Committee to replace Dag Andersson, who passed away suddenly.
 

Katri Viippola is independent of the company.

Kari Kauniskangas acts as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Carola Lemne as the second member.
