Keski-Lapin Hammashuolto Oy ’s business to become a part of Terveystalo

On 10 June 2020, Terveystalo signed an agreement to acquire Keski-Lapin Hammashuolto Oy, a private clinic that offers oral health services in Northern Finland. The company revenue in 2019 was approximately EUR 0.2 million and it employs 2 oral health professionals. The transaction is expected to close in early September 2020.

“Oral health is an integral part of overall health, and oral health and oral hygiene have a significant link to disease prevention and overall well-being. Thus, oral health plays an important role in Terveystalo's service portfolio. We already offer oral health services in more than 40 units. Keski-Lapin Hammashuolto complements our network in Northern Finland and we warmly welcome their professionals to Terveystalo. Customers will have access to Terveystalo's digital services, which makes the use of services even smoother,” says Petri Keksi, Director of Oral Health at Terveystalo.

The company's employees will be transferred to Terveystalo as old employees and the operations will continue in the former premises.
