OMT-Klinikka Kokkola Oy and FysioProfessionals Oy to become part of Terveystalo

Terveystalo continues to grow its well-being service offering by acquiring OMT-Klinikka Kokkola Oy and FysioProfessionals Oy with agreements dated on 31 March 2022.
OMT-Klinikka Kokkola Oy, founded in 2010, offers physiotherapy as well as speech therapy and psychotherapy services at its premises in Kokkola. OMT-Klinikka Kokkola employs 12 therapists and the company's revenue in 2021 was approximately EUR 0.7 million.

FysioProfessionals Oy, founded in 2016, offers physiotherapy and massage services at its premises in Järvenpää. FysioProfessionals employs 6 physiotherapists and one masseur. The company's revenue in 2021 was approximately EUR 0.3 million.
“In the merger, FysioProfessionals Oy will become part of the nationwide Terveystalo, which is a leader in the industry in terms of both revenue and network. This opens up new opportunities for the development of well-being services,” says Anne Puronen from FysioProfessionals.

The companies' services complement our physiotherapy offer, which is one of the key areas of expertise in our Fokus Musculoskeletal Specialist Unit. With the acquisition, we will be able to offer more comprehensive well-being services in the Kokkola and Järvenpää areas,” says Teemu Paatela from Terveystalo’s Fokus Musculoskeletal Specialist Unit.
All persons employed by the two companies will transfer to Terveystalo as former employees and operations will continue in the current premises.
