Resolutions of the organizing meeting of Board of Directors of Terveystalo Plc

Terveystalo Board of Directors made the following decisions at its organizing meeting held after the Annual General Meeting today:

The Board elected Kari Kauniskangas as Chairman of the Board and Tomas von Rettig as Vice Chairman of the Board.

Furthermore, the Board of Directors elected the members of the Board committees. Lasse Heinonen was elected Chairman of the Audit Committee and Tomas von Rettig and Niko Mokkila were elected members. Kari Kauniskangas was elected Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Dag Andersson, Åse Michelet and Katri Viippola were elected members of the Comittee.
