Terveystalo acquires rehabilitation service provider Ludus Oy

Terveystalo acquires Ludus Oy Tutkimus- ja Kuntoutuspalvelut (Ludus Oy), a provider of neuropsychology, psychology, and psychotherapy services, with an agreement dated on 31 August 2022. Private practitioners working in the company will transfer to Terveystalo and operations will continue in the current premises.

 

Ludus Oy was founded in 2004. The company employs 13 professionals and has one clinic in Helsinki. Ludus Oy’s revenue in 2021 was approximately EUR 1.1 million. The company provides services mainly to Kela, the Social Insurance Institution of Finland, but also to municipalities, insurance companies and private customers. The acquisition strengthens Terveystalo's service offering in rehabilitation services.
