Terveystalo Annual General Meeting 2020 postponed to a later date

Terveystalo takes the threat of the Corona virus seriously and has, based on the development of the situation, decided to postpone Annual General Meeting 2020.

The Finnish Government announced on 16 March that public gatherings will be limited to a maximum of ten persons. Consequently, Terveystalo’s Board of Directors has today decided to cancel and postpone the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 2 April 2020 to protect the health of participants.

Terveystalo will convene the Annual General Meeting as soon as the circumstances permit.
