Terveystalo cancels repurchased shares
Terveystalo Oyj, Stock Exchange Release, Total number of voting rights and capital, 7 July 2022 at 12:00 EEST
Terveystalo Plc will cancel 1,000,000 treasury shares, which were acquired through share buy-backs, in line with the decision made by the Board of Directors.
The cancellation of the treasury shares will be registered with the Finnish Trade Register on 11 July 2022. After the cancellation, the total number of shares and the total number of votes attached to the shares in Terveystalo is 127,036,531.
Terveystalo and its subsidiaries hold 488,536 shares for remuneration purposes.
