Terveystalo continues to grow its well-being service offering, Lapin Liikuntaklinikka Oy to become part of Terveystalo

Terveystalo acquires Lapin Liikuntaklinikka Oy with an agreement dated on 28 March 2022.

Lapin Liikuntaklinikka Oy, founded in 2013, offers physiotherapy, general practitioner, physiatry specialist services and other well-being services with premises located in Rovaniemi, Finland. Services at Lapin Liikuntaklinikka are provided by 15 private practitioners and 4 employees. The company's revenue in 2020 was approximately EUR 0.9 million. Lapin Liikuntaklinikka provides services mainly to private customers, but also to KELA and the city of Rovaniemi. The acquisition supports Terveystalo's goal to grow in well-being services and increases Terveystalo's service offering in Lapland.

All persons employed by the company will transfer to Terveystalo as former employees and operations will continue in the current premises in Rovaniemi.
