Terveystalo grows in well-being services by acquiring Kunnon Syke Oy

Terveystalo continues to grow its offering in well-being services by acquiring Kunnon Syke Oy.

 

Kunnon Syke Oy, founded in 1981, offers physiotherapy, masseur, naprapathy, chiropractic, and podiatry services, as well as functional rehabilitation services at its seven clinics. Kunnon Syke Oy employs 16 professionals and the company's revenue in the financial year 08/2021 was approximately EUR 1.02 million.

 

“Kunnon Syke Oy will become part of Terveystalo, which is a leading player in health services in terms of both revenue and network. This opens up new opportunities for the development of rehabilitation services,” says Jari Pekkanen, CEO of Kunnon Syke.

All persons employed by the company will transfer to Terveystalo as former employees and operations will continue in the current premises.
