Terveystalo issues EUR 100 million sustainability-linked notes

Terveystalo Plc (“Terveystalo”) issues senior unsecured sustainability-linked notes in the aggregate principal amount of EUR 100 million (the “Notes”). The Notes will mature on 1 June 2028 and carry initially a fixed annual interest of 5.375 per cent. The issue date for the Notes will be 1 June 2023.

Terveystalo will submit an application for the Notes to be admitted to trading on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd. The net proceeds of the issue of the Notes will be used for refinancing of the existing indebtedness of Terveystalo or its subsidiaries and for general corporate purposes of the Terveystalo group.

OP Corporate Bank plc and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) act as joint lead managers for the issue of the Notes and joint sustainability-linked framework advisers.
