According to the notification, the total holdings in Terveystalo shares and votes held by Helsinki Deaconess Institute Foundation has decreased to 0 percent (0 shares) of all of the outstanding shares in Terveystalo as a result of share transactions concluded on 4 December 2019.
Previous position of Helsinki Deaconess Institute Foundation in Terveystalo shares was 13,470,705 shares, which represented 10.5 percent of the outstanding shares in Terveystalo.
