Terveystalo's co-operation negotiations have ended
Temporary layoffs are possible in case the demand does not recover to normal
The co-operation negotiations concerning the Terveytalo Group as a whole were completed on 26 June 2020. As a result of the negotiations, personnel may be furloughed for a maximum of 90 days in those positions where work has temporarily decreased and / or the company's conditions for providing work have temporarily decreased. However, personnel costs will be adjusted as far as possible by other means, such as the freezing of replacement recruitments.
The effects of the corona epidemic are still visible in Terveystalo's operating environment as temporary changes in demand and uncertain market outlook. Terveystalo is preparing for a possible prolongation of the exceptional situation and the continuation of mitigation measures in the second half of 2020.
Group-wide co-operation negotiations initiated on 22 June 2020 were completed on 26 June 2020. As a result of the negotiations, Terveystalo may implement temporary layoffs in those positions where work has been temporarily reduced and / or the company's conditions for providing work have been temporarily reduced. However, personnel costs will be adjusted as far as possible by other means, such as the freezing of replacement recruitments.
Possible temporary layoffs can be full-time or part-time, depending on the job and unit, and can last up to 90 days. Any temporary layoff notifications will be made by 31 December 2020.
