Terveystalo subsidiary, Feelgood Svenska AB, acquires Växjö Hälsoforum and Quality Care in Sweden

Terveystalo subsidiary, Feelgood Svenska AB, has entered into agreements for two acquisitions on 20 June 2023. These acquisitions are part of Feelgood's growth strategy and strengthen its position as a leading nationwide occupational health provider.

Feelgood acquires Växjö Hälsoforum, a strong local occupational health player in the Växjö region. Växjö Hälsoforum's annual revenue is approximately SEK 12 million, and the company has 12 employees. The acquisition is expected to be completed in August 2023.

Feelgood has also signed an agreement to acquire Quality Care's operations. Quality Care operates primarily in Stockholm, offering healthcare services to both companies and consumers. In addition, the company serves a large customer base through insurance companies. Quality Care's annual revenue is approximately SEK 15 million, and the company has 10 employees. The acquisition is expected to be completed in October 2023.
