Provisional results Tetra Laval's Offer for Sidel Over 91% of Shares Tendered The Conseil des Marchés Financiers (CMF), announced today that, following the closing of the offer by Tetra Laval for Sidel, 91.17% of Sidel's shares have been tendered to Tetra Laval. The acceptance condition of the offer has therefore been satisfied. "We are delighted that Sidel's shareholders have responded positively to our offer. We are now waiting for the regulatory clearance from the EU Commission in order to further develop Sidel and our products to the benefit of our customers," commented Göran Grosskopf, Chairman of the Board, Tetra Laval SA. Francis Olivier, Chairman of the Board, Sidel Group, said, "We have recommended this offer and are happy with the successful outcome. We are sure that Sidel will have a prosperous future with Tetra Laval". Tetra Laval is awaiting regulatory clearance for the transaction from the EU Commission, a clearance which it hopes to receive shortly.
