Equestrian safety concerns discussed at BHS Safety Conference

A diverse mix of speakers tackling current important safety issues attended the bi-annual BHS Safety Conference at The British Horse Society’s headquarters in Warwickshire.The conference was designed to provide up-to-date advice that can be passed on to others in the equestrian community. This year’s topics included event safety planning, horse transport legislation and breakdown, body protection, and dog attacks on horses.
