Arum appoints Angie Hall as new Lead Business Consultant

Credit management specialist, Arum, has appointed Angie Hall as Lead Business Consultant with effect from 15 March 2010.

Angie brings with her over 20 years of risk and collections experience in financial services, DCAs and as Risk Director in a BPO. Highlights from her career include managing collections for the UK’s first large dialler and state of the art call centre, ten years with GE Capital in sales and collections with responsibility for the collect out of a large secured portfolio during the recession of the early 1990s, and collections management in DCAs and debt purchase organisations. Her most recent years have been spent in the world of outsourcing as Director of Risk with TSYS Managed Services providing a Collections service to major financial services clients bannered as their operation. Among Angie’s achievements for clients are consistent delivery of successful risk operations, collections and recoveries teams and improved recovery results of over 30% on portfolios with debt values in excess of £200m in different businesses. She is a member of the Institute of Credit Management. On her appointment Angie said, “I have a strong track record of successfully delivering on high focus programmes to improve collections performance, so I was very pleased to take up the opportunity to join Arum’s existing and well respected consultancy team.
