ADDICTION ADVERTISING APPOINTED BY ENERGY MARKET AUTHORITY OF SINGAPORE
The RYVL company has been appointed to redesign EMA’s employer branding
RYVL’s Singaporean agency, Addiction Advertising, today announces it has been appointed by the Energy Market Authority of Singapore (EMA) to overhaul its employer branding, following a competitive pitch process.
The Singapore-based multi-award-winning agency has developed the branding and produced collateral for EMA’s various talent attraction programmes. The main aim of the new branding is to boost the authority’s outreach efforts at career and scholarship fairs, with the overarching goal to attract young talent.
Addiction’s brief was to design and produce the creatives, which involved developing the concept from scratch to form a new employer brand for EMA that is contemporary and aligned with their target audience. This new brand image also works to strengthen EMA’s messaging across all communication channels to further improve employer brand consistency.
As a statutory board under the Ministry of Trade and Industry, EMA’s goal is to ensure a reliable and secure energy supply, as well as promote effective competition in Singapore’s energy market.

Addiction will also be visiting 20 career and scholarship fairs in Singapore where it will oversee the execution of the look and design of the booths to ensure they complement the brand experience developed by the agency.
