THE MARKETING GROUP ANNOUNCES NEW DATE FOR THE PUBLICATION OF THE Q4 REPORT AND 2016 YEAR-END REPORT
Stockholm, 6th February, 2017 – THE MARKETING GROUP PLC (“the Group”), has decided to set a new date for the publication of the Group’s 2016 fourth quarter report, as well as the 2016 fiscal year-end report. The original date for publication was 15 February 2017, the new date for publication is 28 February 2017.
The background to the Board’s decision to postpone the publication is due to the high number of new companies joining the Group in the second half of 2016, with further work required to prepare the Group’s consolidated finances. The Group consists of 17 individual wholly owned subsidiaries.
